Yes. We ship premium cigars worldwide. Please note we do not ship Cuban products to the United States, and some countries restrict the import of tobacco. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm import rules for their destination.

Once we receive your order it takes 1 to 3 working days to process before dispatch. You will receive an automated confirmation email as soon as your order is received.

We guarantee delivery until the goods reach the customs of the destination country. If a parcel is lost in transit it will be reshipped once, or a refund can be requested.

We accept payment by bank transfer or cryptocurrency. You place your order first, then complete payment using your order reference. For bank transfers, our account details are issued securely through live chat on the website. Just open the chat and quote your order reference. Crypto addresses are shown at checkout and in your confirmation email.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@rayscigars.com. As cigars are a natural, hand-rolled product, occasional minor variation is normal and not grounds for a return, but genuine shipping damage will be resolved promptly.

Refunds can be requested within 15 days of receiving your order in the cases set out in our Terms & Conditions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (€110), which is deducted from any refund.

Yes. Authenticity is guaranteed. We source directly from official channels and store all cigars in correctly humidified conditions until they ship.

Yes. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this website. Please enjoy our products responsibly.

Yes. The minimum order is €250, excluding shipping. Orders below €250 cannot be completed at checkout.
