Damaged or incorrect items

You become responsible for delivered products on receipt. If anything is wrong, such as damage in transit or an item delivered in error, please contact us within 7 days at info@rayscigars.com with your order number and photos where relevant.

A note on natural products

All of our cigars are hand made from natural tobacco leaf. As a hand-rolled natural product, an occasional cigar may be slightly plugged or imperfectly rolled. This natural variation is part of the craft and is not grounds for a return.

Lost parcels

Delivery is guaranteed until goods reach the customs of the destination country. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit by the courier, it will be reshipped once or a refund can be requested.

Refunds

• Refunds can be requested within 15 days of receiving your order.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (€110), deducted from any refund.
• No refund applies if a parcel is seized by destination customs.
