Description

A Torres at 54 × 110mm — short and thick, which is unusual for Trinidad and changes the brand's character considerably. The flavour is intense and woody with earth and minerals, sweet and lightly roasted, leaving bitter roasted almond with a touch of salt, coffee, vanilla, cloves and molasses, and the aftertaste holds. The draw is excellent with wide puffs. The wrapper is a light brown with paler tints, the burn very good with a regular ring, and the ash a light metallic grey veined darker. Medium. A forty-five minute Trinidad rather than a two-hour one.

Frequently asked questions about Trinidad Vigia (12)

What does Trinidad Vigia (12) taste like?

Trinidad Vigia (12) shows notes of earthy, almond, coffee, vanilla and molasses. Those come from the blend itself rather than any added flavouring — every cigar we sell is a natural, hand-rolled premium cigar. Tasting notes shift with how the cigar is stored and how slowly you smoke it, so treat this as the profile to expect rather than a guarantee.

How strong is Trinidad Vigia (12)?

Trinidad Vigia (12) is a Medium cigar. On the five-point scale used across this catalogue, that is where it sits relative to everything else we stock. Strength describes nicotine impact, not flavour intensity — a mild cigar can still be highly flavourful, and a full one can be smooth.

What size is Trinidad Vigia (12)?

Trinidad Vigia (12) is a Torres, 110MM long with a ring gauge of 54. Ring gauge is the diameter in 64ths of an inch, so a larger number means a thicker cigar and generally a cooler, slower smoke. It is sold as a box of 12.

Where is Trinidad Vigia (12) made?

Trinidad Vigia (12) is made in Cuba. Origin is the single biggest influence on a cigar's character: Cuban Habanos lean earthy and spicy, Nicaraguan tobacco tends to be bolder and sweeter, and Dominican blends are usually the most approachable of the three.

Is Trinidad Vigia (12) authentic, and how do I buy it?

Yes. Trinidad Vigia (12) arrives with its seals and box codes intact, and if a box is not what we described it comes back at our cost.
