Description

The Edmundo at 52 × 135mm, named after the protagonist of the novel the marque takes its name from. Intense tobacco and wood, soft on the palate, with a sweetness that lasts and leaves toasted notes, leather and earth. Very unctuous. The draw is magnificent — wide, full mouthfuls with a lot in them. The wrapper is a natural brown with lighter touches, very fine, silky, oily, aromatic and barely veined, and the burn excellent. Medium to strong. The Montecristo most regular smokers of the marque settle on.

Frequently asked questions about Montecristo Edmundo (25)

What does Montecristo Edmundo (25) taste like?

Montecristo Edmundo (25) shows notes of leather. Those come from the blend itself rather than any added flavouring — every cigar we sell is a natural, hand-rolled premium cigar. Tasting notes shift with how the cigar is stored and how slowly you smoke it, so treat this as the profile to expect rather than a guarantee.

How strong is Montecristo Edmundo (25)?

Montecristo Edmundo (25) is a Medium–Full cigar. On the five-point scale used across this catalogue, that is where it sits relative to everything else we stock. Strength describes nicotine impact, not flavour intensity — a mild cigar can still be highly flavourful, and a full one can be smooth.

What size is Montecristo Edmundo (25)?

Montecristo Edmundo (25) is a Edmundo, 135mm long with a ring gauge of 52. Ring gauge is the diameter in 64ths of an inch, so a larger number means a thicker cigar and generally a cooler, slower smoke. It is sold as a box of 25.

Where is Montecristo Edmundo (25) made?

Montecristo Edmundo (25) is made in Cuba. Origin is the single biggest influence on a cigar's character: Cuban Habanos lean earthy and spicy, Nicaraguan tobacco tends to be bolder and sweeter, and Dominican blends are usually the most approachable of the three.

Is Montecristo Edmundo (25) authentic, and how do I buy it?

Yes. Montecristo Edmundo (25) arrives with its seals and box codes intact, and if a box is not what we described it comes back at our cost.
