A Cohiba Short, ten to the pack. For its size the flavour is concentrated: cedar, dark cocoa and espresso, with a thin line of orange peel sweetness and a touch of black pepper. The draw is balanced and the first third arrives with real intensity before settling into something creamier and lightly spiced. The wrapper is Vuelta Abajo leaf, smooth and faintly oily, medium to dark brown. It burns slowly and evenly for a cigarillo, and the ash holds in compact light grey sections. Leather and cedar on the nose with cocoa, coffee and a faint floral sweetness. Medium to full, and the most serious of the small Cohibas.
