Cigar Cutter Double Puncher Black

A double punch cutter in gloss black lacquer with a chrome finish, carrying two cutting diameters, 8.6mm and 11.6mm. A punch removes a plug from the cap rather than slicing it off, which leaves the cap structurally intact and is the most forgiving option if you are new to cutting. The two gauges cover thin and thick ring gauges respectively.
