Damaged or incorrect items
You become responsible for delivered products on receipt. If anything is wrong — damage in transit, or an item delivered in error — please contact us within 7 days at info@rayscigars.com with your order number and photos where relevant.
A note on natural products
All of our cigars are hand made from natural tobacco leaf. As a hand-rolled natural product, an occasional cigar may be slightly plugged or imperfectly rolled. This natural variation is part of the craft and is not grounds for a return.
Lost parcels
Delivery is guaranteed until goods reach the customs of the destination country. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit by the courier, it will be reshipped once or a refund can be requested.
Refunds
- Refunds can be requested within 15 days of receiving your order.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (€110), deducted from any refund.
- No refund applies if a parcel is seized by destination customs.
