Usually you'd expect, "hi how can I help you today?" Or something along those lines. Instead I was just stared at rudely. Once the owner of the shop finally decided to be of assistance, his customer service was rude and short. Wouldn't ever revisit or recommend.

This is my first time at Cigar and Tobacco. I have been to a few in the area and this place is definitly one of the best. The gentleman that works here was very welcoming and offered to assist me if I needed help with my selection. The humidor is top notch with a wide selection of all kinds of cigars. The inside is very well taken care of with plenty of seating space. Multiple TV's are located in various seating spaces. If you are wanting to enjoy a cigar by yourself, or with a group of people, this is a great choice. It is a BYOB location, which is a huge plus.
If you like a good cigar in a welcoming environment, I suggest you check this place out!

Extremely overpriced. The staff is incredibly rude (except for Bill). The clientbase is mostly older cranky people, in spite of having used this shop for over a year, I have been there many times when combative and upset customers talk inappropriately. The store pretty much has whatever hours the owner likes, they close when they are supposed to be open etc.... They ask that you call first before you go... On my last visit this clown, Rick, one of their staff was so incredibly rude that I decided to stop going there. Up in Smoke in Cromwell or Leaf Only are MUCH better places and lower priced.

For a first time customer Ray treated me like a regular, super nice guy. The lounge was clean, there's TVs and a pool table, plus a cooler of drinks and a Keurig. All the cigars are in a huge walk-in humidor and there's plenty of premium brands to choose from.
I definitely found my man cave away from home!
