Returns
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase from Ray's Cigar. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product under the following conditions:
- Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of receipt.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging and must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
- Full refunds will be issued for defective or damaged products.
