Limited Edition cigars

Habanos releases its Ediciones Limitadas each year in a handful of vitolas that are not part of the regular catalogue. What sets them apart is the wrapper: darker, oilier leaf aged a minimum of two years before rolling, which pushes the blend towards cocoa, espresso and dried fruit. Production is capped and not repeated, so a given Edición Limitada exists only in the year it was made. Once a run is gone it does not come back — which is why these are the boxes collectors buy two of.
