Ray's Cigars maintains strict confidentiality regarding customer data. We do not share or grant access to any customer information to persons or entities outside our company.

Data collection and use

Information collected when you place an order — including your name, address, email and phone number — is used exclusively to fulfil orders and to communicate with you. This data is not passed to third parties for marketing purposes. Newsletter subscriptions are strictly opt-in; you choose the type of communication you wish to receive.

How we handle orders and payment

Your cart is stored only in your own browser. When you place an order, the details you provide (name, contact details, shipping address and the items ordered) are sent to us so we can fulfil it, and a confirmation is emailed to you using our email service provider. We offer payment by bank transfer or cryptocurrency — we do not collect or store card numbers, and there is no third-party card processor involved.

Third-party partners

To deliver order confirmations and ship your order we use a small number of service providers (an email delivery provider and shipping carriers). They receive only the information necessary to perform their specific function and are not permitted to use your data for their own marketing.

Security

Our site is served over HTTPS (SSL/TLS) encryption. Because we accept payment by bank transfer or cryptocurrency, we never ask for or store your card details.

Your responsibilities

Please log out after each session to protect your account, and use a strong password combining letters of different cases and numbers.
